"Good day my fellow comrade this information is coming straight from the L.G.I, inform your members that he or she that has not received training allowance or subsequent payment from INEC should come down to the zonal office on before 3:00pm individually NYSC as are preparing the last list to the INEC office. Note who ever that uses another account number apart from subsequent account he or she has registered with INEC will be an extension of service.
